They still look like watermelon 
Yes, you do need those hoops with a pin in order to call these charms or earrings. The camera is the flaw. They are pretty blurry to see clear. Try what I suggested on your pizza's. Also if at all possible, make the seeds a little smaller and use something to pick them up onto the clay. Fingernails work
